Captured the subtlest energetic imprint of a flower, flower essences are excellent remedies supporting our emotional and mental transformation acting on the vibrational level.  Working with the powerful lines of flower essences from Master Herbalist Julia Graves of Green Tara Flower Essences, Author of The Language of Plants and The Lily Circle, Glendy introduces wisdoms from the essences to help you stay grounded, heal deep trauma, shift consciousness and balance our feminine and masculine qualities.

• Lily Circle Essences keep our hearts open and honoring our inner wisdom in managing physical, emotional and mental challenges in every stages of our lives. 

 

• Spiritual Warrior Essences strengthen our boundaries and visions and keep us true to ourselves. In addition to flower essences, I will also share the arts of using sacred herbs, as transmitted by Jacquline Jinpa Guiteau, meditation master, spiritual teacher and herbalist, including smudging and other rituals to support our spiritual practice and improves our worldly lives.

In the age of iPhone and computers, we lost touch with nature. 

In the age of complex external events and life circumstances, traumatic response unhealthful mental patters, negative emotions arise and linger. 

Our natural reaction of "This is how life goes", "They/it cannot change", "The is me." arise with every triggering person, event and situation. 

We feel stuck, especially in our thoughts and reaction, carrying the imprint and patterns recycle over and over. 
 
Herbalists from many cultures have long relied on the power of flower and herbal baths to shift energy and to bring about new beginnings. 

In this experiential healing workshop, we will activate the spirit of the flowering plants in their prime to assist us in heal emotional and mental patterns that often reflect in our unconscious behaviors as well as drawing in external circumstances. As our vibration reflects what comes our way, by shifting our energy with our mindfully crafted flower remedy, we let go of what doesn't serve us for new possibilities. 

You are creating a piece of art. The art of YOU. A new you. 
While the bath you create may be beautiful, it is the energetic of the flower in connecting with our energy that create the transformation. Giving space for your creation. 

This workshop covers the following:

• Introduction to flower bath rituals 
• Meditation to set the intention of healing 
• Set up the bath
• Learn energy healing technique to connect with yourself and with the flower
• Select, greet and collect flowers
• Experience the bath along with with sound meditation

PREPARATIONS & LOGISTICS
This is an experiential workshop where we will prepare the bath with flowers you pick in the field and take the bath (pouring the water over our body) right on the field. Please come prepared with the following:

• ​Please wear your bathing suit underneath your street clothes (no changing room on sites)
• Please be prepared to be outdoor for the event. For maximum comfort, please bring towel for drying off and/or a cover to keep warm, lawn chair or lawn mat/blanket to sit and meditate, water to hydrate, journal / notebook and a pen, sun hat , sunscreen, bug repellent, 
• Wash basin and flowers (you pick from the field) will be provided for the ritual
• ​There will be a lunch/snack break before we gather and complete the final ritual. Feel free to bring a lite lunch or snack.​
• Rain date - the following event or the following Thursday / to be determined.
