DOWSE YOUR WAY TO FREEDOM
Introduction to Dowsing Learn how you can tap into your physical intelligence for ANSWERS and HEALING with the art of dowsing. This is a 90-minute hands-on class where we practice the fundamentals of dowsing. This workshop is for those who is new to dowsing (using a pendulum), been away from dowsing for a while, or those who wish to practice to gain more confidence with dowsing. We will practice:

SOUND & STARS
A Night at the Orchard Saturday, October 5, 7pm - 9pm Smell of hot cider. Warm fire in the air. Starry night above. Sound that touches your soul. Join us for a very special night at the orchard this season with healing sounds created by overtone emitting instruments that bring you to a deep meditative journey within. Sound Practitioner & Energy Healer Glendy Yeung will guide your sound journey under the stars with crystal alchemy singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and overtone singing. Expect a deeply contemplative and relaxing experience as every cell of the body is being "massaged" by the subtle vibrations, releasing stress and subconscious thoughts held in the body. Local astronomer Rick Costello will share stories of the twinkling stars above. His telescope will be on hand for up close looks at some of these celestial bodies after the group sound bath. Your ticket includes a glass of cider and a donut for enjoyment post sound bath by the fire. Cider options will include fresh pressed, hot with spices, and a variety of fermented ciders. Additional drinks and snacks will be available for purchase from the Little Apple Orchard Bar and Market. Approximate schedule: 7-8pm Group Sound Bath 8-9pm Star gazing, star watch with telescope, cider and donut tasting Please observe the following for your safety and comfort: 1) This experience is best enjoyed laying down or sitting comfortably on a lawn chair/gravity chair. Please bring a large blanket/chair to lay down and another to cover up. Please dress for being outdoors for the duration of the fall evening. 2) Park your car at the designated area. We will have a few spot reserved for seniors or those needing to have a shorter walking distance. 3) Please bring a flashlight to help navigate. SUNSET SOUND BATH
At Overmountain Enjoy the sights, sounds, and views of Overmountain during this sunset sound bath. During this program, participants will be invited to deepen their connection to nature and to themselves. With mindful prompts sound bathing experience, participants will have the opportunity to relax and tune their senses into the natural world. What’s involved: Sunset sound bath at the Kite’s Hill Gazebo. Participants may lay down or sit for this portion of the program, which will include mindful speaking by Glendy Yeung and the use of sound instruments. What to bring: Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear and bring water and a lawn chair or blanket for sound bathing. Bringing an additional blanket or layers to wear during the sound bath is highly recommended, as temperatures drop as the sun sets! What not to bring: Please, no dogs. HEAL THYSELF CO-HEALING SESSIONS
Monthly FREE Energy Healing Event with Sound Bath Do you put yourself LAST when it comes to your own well being? Do you need a nudge to apply the tools, skills, know-how to regularly restore yourself? We gather and we do it together so that you get you to habituate to be your own healer. In each session, I will share a simple energy clearing practice. As a group you will actively participate and "do the work" for 20 minutes. I will play crystal sound for the remainder of the session. This is when you can do that tapping / read that book / do your emotion code / take that bath - or simply drift away to sound.
