Everyday from Day 1 to Day 21:

Before 10am, record and send to Glendy's Telegram a 20-second of your voice recording (Start with "I am <First and Last Name>" and say anything in any language afterwards)
A detail report of your energetic state along with 4 sound supplements (audio files) will be generated and send to your email address
Listen to the sound supplements 2-3 times a day
Track you progress by noticing shift in your overall well being, emotions, inner dialog and outer expression
You may take your report to your healthcare provider for further investigation
