HOW IT WORKS


Provide the following information at registration:

  1. Date of Birth
  2. Email address (for sound supplements and reports delivery)
  3. Height
  4. Weight
  5. A recent photo of you (selfie) with clean background - email to glendy@glendyyeung.com


Everyday from Day 1 to Day 21:

  1. Before 10am, record and send to Glendy's Telegram a 20-second of your voice recording (Start with "I am <First and Last Name>" and say anything in any language afterwards)
  2. A detail report of your energetic state along with 4 sound supplements (audio files) will be generated and send to your email address
  3. Listen to the sound supplements 2-3 times a day
  4. Track you progress by noticing shift in your overall well being, emotions, inner dialog and outer expression
  5. You may take your report to your healthcare provider for further investigation
