Most people don't think much about it. We may not feel the accumulated effect for a long time but we know our body count score. And our body is very smart to protect ourselves.
Some educate themselves and begin to swap out products and upgrade their daily habits. Some do cleanses.
Here's we are looking at helping ourselves to clean this up by sharpening our brain and spine - with ENERGY work.

How, you may ask? By turning on your own energetic antenna, I support you in processing the deletion and strengthen signals. Your body, like a bio-computer update your software program in the areas we focus on.
It will look like you sit or lay there comfortably eyes close paying attention to your inner state. I speak and share sound. For those who have the inner sight or sense, it could feel like you are moving through tunnels of energy and space “opens up”. A memory may surface, an urge may come up, a sensation may be felt, and all for you to consciously let go.
Our nervous system is the command center for our body's functions. From physical pain, mental sluggishness, to previous trauma, limitations, karma, they are all registered in our nervous system.
In this group energy clearing and strengthen session, we will polish the functionings of our bio-computer - our brain and spine - to support our body functions.
