LAVENDER DREAM
Sound Bath at the Lavender Field  

Sound can quickly retune our being and lead us away from unhealthy habitual patterns.

This co-creative experience helps us restore the state of inner grace and strengthen our mental emotional resilience - a much needed quality for our wellbeing in the modern world to anchor inner peace.

Join Glendy Yeung and Vine Gate Lavender & Floral Farm to rejuvenate in nature under the healing vibration of tuning forks, crystal alchemy bowls, overtone singing, chimes and more while nestle in a heavenly scented lavender field.

What’s involved: 

• We will begin with a lavender talk sharing the lavender varieties will be working with today and how they are can be used at home.
• The group will then be guided to a mindful meditation in collecting lavender and connecting with their healing power.
• We will stretch and settled down into our cozy lavender nap spot when an immersive experience of sound created by overtone-emitting instruments to access stillness, balance, and inner harmony will begin.
• Wake up from lavender dream refreshed, with more access to your inner wisdom guided by lavender followed by a refreshments of lavender infused water. 
• Each participant will take home lavender bundle you collect from the field to continue your connection with the plant. 

Fresh flower field and the lavender store will also be available after the session for purchase. There may even be a warm fire at cool night!

Pre-registration is required. This event is open to ages 10 and above.

Please observe the following for your safety and comfort:

1. Come as you are! No experience required.
2. What to bring: This experience is best enjoyed laying down or in a comfortable chair where you can doze off. Please bring a large blanket to lay down. Camp/lawn chair or gravity chair are fantastic options. Please also have a blanket to cover up. Something soft like an eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes to block out lights can deepen the experience. Be prepared to be outdoor - sun protection and mosquitos repellent are your friend. Bring water to rehydrate after the session.
3. Wear comfortable shoes/sandals and watch for uneven ground as it is a working farm.
4. Park your car at the designated area next to the field or along the road. We will have a few spot reserved for seniors or those needing to have a shorter walking distance.
5.  Rain date - should weather not cooperate, we will notify you via email morning or evening prior to the event. You have the option to reschedule to any future dates or for a full refund.
6. Porta-potty available onsite.
7. We will notify you via text and email the morning /afternoon prior should we need to reschedule due to weather conditions.

This summer, join us for one or a series of healing and rejuvenation with sound and lavender.
Connect with the pure energy from the lavender plant and healing sound vibrations to restore your energy fields. 

In this therapeutic sound session, Glendy will be using the power of vibration from various sound healing instruments to eradicate stress and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. We will personally connect and collect our own healing lavender and have their assistance during our session to deeper our healing. The experience opens the doorway to whole body recalibration and inner wisdom. 

Regular sound sessions help develop and strengthen your emotional-mental resilience against stressors from modern-day living. Additional energy healing principles will be applied to further anchor new energy to bring wholeness to your being. From the place of wholeness, you shed the old stories and fully connect and embody all parts of you.

PREPARATIONS & LOGISTICS

• This is an outdoor experience - bring a comfortable lawn chair or blanket to lay down and let go. Have a light or warm cover to settle the body and keep warm. We will be surrounded by lavender plants. Have water with you for hydration. Sun hat, sunscreen, a light shawl/blanket, or an eye pillow if you are sensitive to the weather. Bathroom/porta-potty on site. 
• Be prepared to close your eyes, relax, and be supported by the earth underneath as we turn up our physical intelligence and turn down our chattering mind. You may do so in a seated position or laying down. 
• Come with a relatively empty stomach for a deeper experience. Food and water after the experience will help ground your energy. 
• You meet the sound as the sound meets you. Every experience will be different based on your state of being. Bring an intention to the session.
• Common effect for up to a week - deep rejuvenated sleep, nervous system reset, increase insights, sharpen intuition.
• Repeat sound experience can accumulate in your system.
• Rain date - the follow event in 2 weeks or contact Glendy for a Sunday morning event at a different location you can join weekly rain or shine.
