In this interactive and experiential workshop, Glendy will be sharing several multi-dimensional tools to assist you in shedding unspoken or hidden energies that linger around affecting how you think and feel. Bring a theme or two you would like to work on.

You will develop awareness to subtle energy, clearing your energy fields with tools, receive overtone activation, and relax to a sound journey to integrate the energetic shift.


Lemon lavender cookie and tea by the camp fire will round out our time to welcome the new season in a clean slate.

Won Dharma Center maintains procedure to support Covid prevention.  All rooms will be single occupancy (unless attending with family members). Plenty of space both indoor and outdoor.

Smith College Alumnae, you are invited to celebrate Mountain Day in a really special way with a retreat to the rolling foothills of the Berkshire Mountains. Here you will drop into a peaceful environment, move your body and your mind in healthy ways, and make authentic connections based on that special Smith College thread.

We want you to be free to explore during this weekend of self-care and, we hope, self-discovery.  In this 3-day, 2-night getaway, you can experience group yoga, sound bath, group hike, tea time, restorative yoga with Yoga Nidra, energy healing, fire ceremony and communal meals. Attend every session, or do just one.  Take a walk in the woods, do a sauna and sink into a conversation.
