RESONANT BODY 
A Harmonic Activation Series in Voice and Spatial Resonance 
You are the resonant conduit. The space is sacred. The tone remembers you.

A 3–4 week vocal activation series exploring the sacred geometry of the voice, resonance, and the healing power of harmonic overtone. This is not just a sound class—it’s a frequency attunement journey through body, breath, and space.
We begin on Earth, in LEAP’s vibrant new space in Hudson, and complete with a sonic field immersion inside a luminous architectural environment—where sound, light, and sky converge in celestial alignment.

You’ll Learn To:

• Connect with your natural voice as a tuning fork
• Explore overtone singing and its multidimensional effects
• Use toning as a personal and collective healing tool
• Work with breath, silence, and vibration as spiritual technologies
• Experience group resonance as a path to inner clarity
• Prepare for a live sonic offering in a sacred space where your voice becomes part of the architecture

Structure:

• 3 Weekly Sessions at LEAP (Hudson, NY): body awareness, breath, toning, overtone exploration, and field coherence building
• 1 Sky Harmonics Field Immersion (North Adams field trip): group toning inside a light-and-space installation, tuning the sky

No singing experience necessary. All voices welcome. This is not performance—it’s resonance practice.

• LEAP Sessions: Saturdays, May 3rd, 10th, and 17th, from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM
  • Address: 38 north 5th. Hudson NY

 

• North Adams  Field Trip: Wednesday, May 21st. Duration: 2–3 hours. Exact schedule TBD.

FEES
This series builds toward a sacred space toning experience. You may attend only the LEAP sessions, or join the full arc for a deeper resonance journey. Limited to 8 participants. 

• $150 – Full Series: Includes 3 LEAP sessions plus the North Adams Field Trip
• $100 – LEAP Sessions Only: Includes 3 sessions at LEAP Space

Note: Admission to the field trip space is not included. Columbia County Libraries offer free passes.
